- This promotion does not discriminate any person/s and is open to the public except the Directors, employees and their immediate families of Refreshkzn.
- All personal information submitted by entrants are considered confidential and shall remain as property of Refreshkzn and WILL NOT under any circumstances be sold, swopped or used for any marketing purposes other their own.
- All entries, whether selected for the consolation draw or not, shall be entered into the grand giveaway draw.
- The Grand Giveaway draw shall take place at Refreshkzn, 15 The Boulevard, Block D, Suite 7, Westway Office Park, Westville in Durban, once a dedicated quota has been reached. This quota is subject to change according to fluctuations in relevant currency exchange rates.
- Only randomly selected entrants are required to attend a NON PURCHASE OBLIGATION, 90 MINUTE DREAM VACATION CLUB PRESENTATION, and are GUARANTEED to receive any ONE of the four consolation gifts, after participation in the promotional presentation.
- The Grand Giveaway and Consolation Gifts shall not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Participants may not reserve the right to choose, but are instead allocated a consolation gift in the form of a lucky draw.
- Refreshkzn does not discriminate against marital status or gender but due to the design of the promotional presentation, it is compulsory for both partners stipulated on the entry stub to be present, and may not nominate a third party to participate or draw for a consolation gift.
- Refreshkzn reserves the right not to post or courier gifts, should a selected entrant be unavailable for the promotional presentation and will forfeit the aforesaid opportunity without notice of any kind.
- To prevent any person/s falsely claiming themelves as the recipient of the grand give-away, all entrants are
required to enter the draw by randomly choosing ANY 3 single digit numbers that may appear
anywhere off a credit card, (preferrably from the expiry date) on the respective consolation gift
draw date. NO ACCOUNT NUMBERS OR MISCELLANEOUS PERSONAL DETAILS ARE REQUIRED.
- Recipient/s shall make use the grand giveaway and consolation gifts entirely at their own risk.
- Whilst Refreshkzn constantly educates its employees on illegalities and the repercussions that may arise from misrepresentations that could occur at any time during the advertising & marketing process concerning this promotion, Refreshkzn and its owners/directors shall not be held responsible for any assumptions whatsoever, perceived by the entrant, concerning the intentions and structure of this promotion.
- THIS IS NOT A COMPETITION BUT INSTEAD, AN ENDEAVOR TO PROMOTE DREAM VACATION CLUB AND ALL ENTRIES ARE FREE.
- A CONSOLATION GIFT IS MERELY A TOKEN OF APPRECIATION ON BEHALF OF REFRESHKZN TO ALL SELECTED ENTRANTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTIONAL PRESENTATION WHETHER PURCHASING OR NOT, AND BEARS NO RESEMBLANCE TO PRIZES THAT MAY BE WON AT A COMPETITION.
- Persons attending the promotion for a second time within a 6 month period are not entitled to a consolation gift draw.
